We are committed to providing leadership and diversity training for youths in our communities. In a rapidly evolving society, we seek to empower them with essential skills and knowledge to navigate diverse cultural landscapes, foster positive relationships, and become catalysts for meaningful change.
The Paving Pathways Webinar Series was created to expose students and the community to different career opportunities and enrich them by providing valuable resources.
We interview various career Hmong and diverse community women/men that are in various fields to provide resources related to education, health, finances, and more!
The webinars and information are readily accessible via our Youtube Channel.
We are in the process of creating a mentorship program where mentees will form mutually beneficial relationships with mentors. Our goal is to build a structured environment which will foster the growth of individuals personally and professionally. Help our organization assess the needs of the community prior to launch of this program by completing the survey linked below. Completion of the survey will provide NCHWA with valuable information in order to design a thoughtful curriculum. We value your input!
